Experience and Interaction:

The keys to increased knowledge and skill.
"As surgeons, my colleagues and I mature through experience and interaction. By studying outcomes and sharing results, we continue to improve in our ability to relieve pain, improve function and enhance the quality of life of our patients."

International Experience:

The catalyst for personal and professional growth.
"I've had the privilege and opportunity to treat many patients with foot and ankle problems in other countries, such as Guatemala and Mexico. These experiences have provided valuable lessons for me as an individual and as a foot and ankle specialist. Because of the comparatively limited medical resources in these countries, I’ve learned to use creativity and innovation to solve many complex and difficult problems. This experience has enabled me to increase my overall skill as a podiatric surgeon and emerge with the confidence necessary to provide consistently positive results for all my patients."

Education and Training:

The foundation for excellent care and great results.
"I believe my ability to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes is a direct result of a strong education and excellent training. As a medical student and a resident, I was exposed to a broad range of conditions and effective treatments, and I had the opportunity to learn from well-qualified instructors and surgeons. It’s from this strong foundation that I learned the importance of listening to every patient carefully, treating them with care and respect and doing for them what I would do for my own family."

Diabetic Limb Salvage Experience:

"Diabetes is unfortunately a common disease, affecting the lives of many people in our society. Those afflicted with diabetes are prone to wounds and infections that will put them at risk for limb loss. My advanced training in wound care and limb salvage techniques have made me highly skilled in treating diabetic foot infections and complications. I always strive to save a patient’s limb so they can continue to walk and ensure a better quality of life."

Education and Training:

The foundation for excellent care and great results.
"I have had the privilege to receive exemplary training in my medical career, ensuring my ability to deliver excellent care to those in need. Throughout medical school and residency, I was able to participate in a wide variety of effective foot and ankle treatments for different patient populations with many highly-qualified surgeons. These experiences helped form my approach to providing the best medical care possible. I have learned to adapt to treating different types of patients and personalities. I am always open to new techniques that will help patients get back on their feet faster."

Sports Medicine Experience:

"Athletes and sports related injuries and conditions are unique and are optimally treated by physicians and surgeons who are active in the sports and have received the education and skills to aid in their care. During my sports medicine fellowship I received excellent training in appropriately assessing, diagnosing and treating athletes of a variety of experience and skill level through both conservative and surgical treatment. Staying active and healthy is crucial and it’s my privilege to aid in this process."

Education and Training:

The foundation for excellent care and great results.
"I have had the opportunity to receive excellent education and training throughout my medical career, which has provided me with settings which enable me to care for those in need. During medical school, residency and fellowship training I was able to learn from excellent instructors and practitioners the knowledge and skills to treat a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions both conservatively and surgically. My experiences and opportunities aid to work together with patients in helping them get on the path to returning to their activities, reduce pain and discomfort, and prevent future conditions."
